• UK and EU: the R-clip is missing or not through the axle hole, so the star hub cap and wheel slide off. Refit the cap and push an R-clip through the hole (assembly guide step 11). A UK reviewer on Weber's own page lost a wheel and blames pins that are too thin (owner report): check yours after each move.
• US: no R-clips. The push-on hub cap has worked loose. Fit a new cap (leg parts 91732), tapped on with a hammer while the other wheel rests on a wooden block (assembly guide 57858). Owners fit a 3/8 in shaft collar to caps that keep coming off (owner report, seen in a search summary only).
