Genuine parts, and where they come from

Weber calls no kettle job technician-only. Its limits are:

• Genuine parts only. The manual: parts that are not genuine Weber parts void the warranty.
• Follow the assembly guide. "Improper assembly may be dangerous."
• Hand tools only, and no overtightening. No power drill.

Weber UK sells online: the One-Touch kit, the ash catcher kit, the cooking and charcoal grates, a lid handle and the Slide-Aside lid holder. It does not sell online: legs, wheels, triangle, thermometer, damper or bowl handle. Order those from Weber UK customer service (service-uk@weber.com, +44 (0)203 630 1500) with the number from the parts list. The lid hook is part of the lid and has no number of its own.
