Steps marked "the manual" are from Weber's GB owner's guide 8657901 for the Original Kettle Premium 57 cm (2025); assembly steps are from assembly guide 8657900 (2025). The US assembly guide 57858 (2025), the US owner's guide 54927 (2018) and the 2023 E-5730 owner's guide were read for differences. Weber UK's own pages are named where used; the Weber collector's advice is from Weber's blog. Owner reports are marked. Nothing here was checked on a grill.
Not settled, and flagged where they appear: every fastener size (one owner says the lid-handle nut is 10 mm or 3/8 in); the plastic tool's size; the One-Touch hub fixing and the kit's fitting steps; whether the ash catcher ring comes off with the legs fitted; the EU thermometer's dial; the lid hook's size and fixing (drawn by eye on the model); the colours of a 2025 UK triangle and bowl handle (Weber's pictures show bare steel and grey, its parts list says black); how to take off a US push-on hub cap; clearance (60 cm in the manual, 3 m in a Weber UK blog); any briquette count for the snake. Weber publishes no thermometer adjustment, enamel touch-up, lid-hook repair or method for rolling the kettle.
Sizes: Weber gives 107 cm high, 57 cm wide and 75 cm deep (the width and depth are box figures), 18 kg, and 90 cm high with the lid open. The lines on the model show its own 650 mm across the wheels and 663 mm from the bowl handle to the back of the lid. The US Premium is 39.5 in (1,003 mm) high.
