Shut it down after the cook

The manual: close the lid damper and bowl vents to put the charcoal out, with the lid on the bowl.

1. Put the lid on the bowl.
2. Close the lid damper.
3. Move the One-Touch handle to closed (the solid oval).
4. Let it cool overnight. Weber UK: discard the coals after at least 12 hours.
5. Empty the ash only when the charcoal is fully out and the kettle is cold.
6. Cover or store it only once the ash and charcoal are fully out.
