Clean the outside enamel

Warm soapy water only

The manual's method for painted, enamelled and plastic surfaces.

1. Wait until the kettle is cold.
2. Wash the lid, bowl and plastic parts with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth.
3. Rinse with clean water.
4. Dry it thoroughly.
5. Near the sea or a pool, do this regularly: salt and chlorine cause surface rust, and the manual makes it a warranty condition.
6. Clean the heat shield, Tuck-Away and ring the same way.
