Ash catcher won't lock

The ash catcher falls off or will not lock

Re-hang the catcher on the ring and squeeze the handle until it locks (assembly guide step 14). If the ring itself moves, check its tabs are turned and locked in the bowl slots (step 2). A bent ring or catcher: kit 65143.
