The lid thermometer reads wrong

Weber gives no accuracy check or adjustment for the dial. The dial reads the air under the lid, not the grates, so cook to a probe in the food. A dial that sticks, fogs or is far out when cold: replace it, UK 67089 or US 63822, with bezel 64545, through Weber customer service.
