Steps marked "the manual" are from Weber's EMEA owner's manual 30090 (2021); US differences from the US owner's manual 52973 (2023 revision); assembly from guides 30089 (GB) and 52972 (US). Weber UK's own pages are named where used. Owner reports are marked. Nothing here was checked on a grill.

Not settled, and flagged where they appear: every fastener size (Weber prints only the supplied wrench, 7/16 and 9/16 in); the heat deflector number (UK 64641, US 66685); how the UK igniter heat shield and the burner clamps are fixed; which electrode serves which burner; how the UK table's hinge locks; the knob positions for high and low (drawn here a quarter and a half turn). Weber publishes no thermometer check, no burner or igniter replacement steps and no door adjustment.

Sizes are Weber's: 1575 mm wide with both tables up, 1232 mm high and 686 mm deep with the lid closed, 1600 mm high with it open, 68 kg.

The 3D model: the outside is measured from Weber's own pictures. The inside is drawn from the manuals' drawings and a few photos, and its positions are by eye: the grease tray's exact size, the cylinder (a plain 5 kg one), the hose's route, its bracket, the bulkhead, the igniter module and its wires. The real hose bends; the model swings its free end as one stiff piece to take the regulator off the cylinder.
