The manual's safety rules

• Outdoors only, well ventilated: never in a garage, building, breezeway, tent or under overhead combustible construction.
• 61 cm (24 in) from combustible materials at the back and sides.
• If you smell gas: gas off, flames out, lid open; if it stays, keep away and call your gas supplier or the fire service.
• Grease fire: all burners off, lid closed until it is out.
• Light it with the lid open, and do not lean over the open grill.
• Never leave it unattended while it heats or cooks; the whole cookbox gets hot; keep children away. Gloves to EN 407, contact heat level 2 or higher.
• No charcoal or lava rock, and no changes: never convert it between propane and natural gas.
• Cylinders upright, outdoors, never indoors, never a spare under or near the grill; store the grill indoors only with the cylinder out.
