What is on the outside

What is inside the lid

Everything above the burners lifts out without tools: the grates, the Flavorizer bars and the heat deflectors. The burners stay in.

Black flakes inside the lid are carbon, not paint: see the lid carbon.

The cabinet and the gas

Open both doors to reach the grease tray, the cylinder and the igniter. Weber's names: slide-out grease tray, catch pan, disposable drip pan.
