Every cook: grease tray and catch pan

Scrape the tray, check the drip pan

The manual: "This system should be cleaned each and every time you grill to prevent fires."

1. Turn the grill off and let it cool.
2. Open the cabinet doors.
3. Pull the grease tray towards you until it stops.
4. Scrape the grease down through the tray's opening into the catch pan with the plastic scraper.
5. Slide the catch pan out of its wire holder and check its foil drip pan. Change the drip pan when it needs it.
6. Put the catch pan back in its holder and push the tray home.
