Weber first: what is known

The manual: do not repair gas-carrying, gas-burning, ignition or structural parts without contacting Weber Customer Service. Weber's 2025 notice adds: take special care, and if you cannot do it yourself or the law where you live forbids it, use a Weber Service Partner or a certified gas installer.

What the parts diagrams show: the burner kit holds the three main burners and the Sear Zone burner (UK 64519, US 64557); the UK build adds a crossover tube 64640; a set of 4 clamps holds them (UK 64701, US 64559). How the clamps fit, and what tool they take, is not published: the kits' instructions are not online. The igniter kit 64403 has the four electrodes and wires; the module is 69640 and the button 69283.

None of these is sold online in the UK. A burner rusted or burned through within 10 years is a warranty claim, so contact Weber first.
