Weber Genesis E-325s Maintenance Guide
Weber Genesis E-325s
The Genesis E-325s (2022 generation): a three-burner propane cart grill with a separate Sear Zone burner, four knobs, a lid dial and the cylinder inside the cabinet. This guide covers the UK and EMEA build (35310074, 37 mbar, folding right table) and notes the US build (35310001, a 20 lb tank on a tank scale) wherever a step changes.
Everything follows Weber's owner's manual 30090, "the manual", the US owner's manual 52973 and the assembly guide 30089, then Weber UK's own pages. Owner reports are named where they are used.
The 2026 EX-325W looks much the same, but it has a digital thermometer on the right table and Weber Connect. The E-325s has a dial in the lid and no app.
What is in the box. The grill comes in one carton to build with two people, the supplied 7/16 and 9/16 in wrench and a Phillips screwdriver; no power tools (assembly guides 30089 and 52972). In it: the cart frame and panels, two doors, four casters (the locking pair at the front), the cookbox with its burners, the lid, the control panel with four knobs and the ignition button, two side tables (UK: the right one folds) with tool hooks, the heat deflectors, five Flavorizer bars, two cast-iron grates, the expandable top grate, the grease tray, catch pan and a drip pan, the igniter module with 1 AA battery, the plastic grease scraper and the hardware bags. UK boxes add the cylinder support and strap, the 37 mbar hose and regulator and a WEBER CRAFTED frame kit; US boxes have the tank scale and the QCC1 hose and regulator. No gas cylinder and no cover.
