What a full service covers

Traeger publishes no service interval: parts are changed when they fail. Traeger support calls the hot rod a "maintenance part". The usual jobs, all reached through the hopper access panel or from inside the barrel:

• Hot rod and firepot: the grill will not light. KIT0255, or KIT0383 with the firepot.
• Induction fan: clicking, shrieking, Fan Disconnected. KIT0411.
• Auger and motor: jams from wet pellets, Auger Overcurrent. KIT0431, KIT0577.
• Grill temperature sensor: Temp Sensor Out. KIT0422.
• Controller: display or button faults. KIT0410.
• Power: brick, switch and cord. No fuse.
• Chimney, gaskets and lid, and wheels, legs and casters.

After replacing the firepot, drip tray, grates or heat baffle, season it again (Traeger support).
