Temperature sensor replacement
Replace the grill temperature sensor
Main power switch off, cord unplugged, grill cold. The manual: "Disconnect the power cord before servicing the grill." Use a hand screwdriver, not a power drill: Traeger support says power tools strip these screws.

- Empty the hopper, open the access panel and cut the cable ties.
- Remove the 4 controller screws and unplug everything from it.
- Remove the 4 hopper screws and lift the hopper off; a helper makes this easier.
- Inside the barrel, remove the 2 screws holding the sensor on the right wall and take it out.
- Fit the new sensor with its screws, then refit the hopper.
- Plug the sensor in + to +, refit the controller and panel, and refill the hopper.
