Replace a wheel or a leg

Traeger support, "How to Replace Wheels", and the assembly guide.

  1. Make sure the grill is cold and unplugged with the hopper empty, and lift it with 2 people.
  2. Wheel: remove the axle bolt and washers, fit the new wheel (KIT0297) with them, and tighten.
  3. Leg: each is held by 2 button-head bolts (5/16"-18) with washers, a spring washer and a nut, as in assembly. Legs are numbered by corner: KIT0415 front left, KIT0416 rear left, KIT0417 front right, KIT0418 rear right; hardware set HDW333.
