The fire goes out mid-cook
The fire goes out mid-cook
The hopper ran out, or the pellets bridged (formed a tunnel) above the auger: stir and refill.
The auger jammed, usually with wet pellets.
The manual warns against over-firing: let it cool and clear the firepot before you restart. Restarting onto a firepot full of unburnt pellets can overflow them and cause a fire.
