Weak Wi-Fi: the antenna is in the hopper, so turn the hopper side towards the router, or add a Wi-Fi extender.
Your phone must be on the
2.4 GHz
network.
Update the app, then pair again from the grill's home screen.
After a controller swap, use the new QR sticker under the hopper.
