What a full service covers

Traeger publishes no service interval: parts are changed when they fail. The usual jobs, reached through the bottom grate under the hopper, the controller or from inside the barrel:

• Fuse: the grill is dead. KIT0781.
• Hot rod and firepot: the grill will not light. KIT0088, KIT0396.
• Induction fan: noisy or not turning. KIT0019.
• Auger jam and shear pin: no pellets reach the firepot. KIT0783, KIT0021.
• Auger and auger motor: KIT0022, KIT0020.
• RTD: Err, Er1, Er2 or −41. KIT0779.
• Controller: --- or 888 on the display, or no red light. KIT0746.
• Power cord and earth wires: KIT0089.
• Heat baffle and the adaptor kit, chimney, gaskets and lid, and wheels and legs.

After replacing the firepot, drip tray, grates or heat baffle, season it again (Traeger support).
