Steps marked "the manual" are from Traeger's current Pro 22/34 owner's manual, "Pro AC" 833853 (US English, May 2022; the German edition of Nov 2021 matches). The 2015 manual (66103_PRO15_v10) is named where it differs: open-lid start, 12 in clearance, the fuse check and the only parts list and wiring diagram. Assembly is from the "Pro AC" assembly guide (2023). Repairs are from Traeger's support articles for non-connected (AC) grills, read 11 and 12 Oct 2026. The brisket is Traeger's own recipe. Owner methods are marked. Nothing here was checked on a grill.
Not settled, and flagged where they appear: the number of controller screws (2 or 4); the hot rod set screw; the RTD fixing (2 screws or a thumb screw); which display codes the Digital Pro shows beyond LEr and HEr; the LEr threshold (120 or 125 °F); whether KIT0782 is a box or a curved baffle; the lid numbers' colours; the chimney nuts; the sizes of the spanner and hex key in the box; the clean-out fastener; grease-fire wording (page 3 or pages 17 and 19); the power switch place in the manual's text; the 230 V part numbers; and UK parts supply. Traeger publishes no torque figures.
Sizes: 1040 mm wide, 690 mm deep, 1240 mm high (Traeger's UK page; its support guide says 41 × 27 × 49 in), 46.5 kg (Traeger). Barrel 505 mm across, measured from the assembly guide's scale drawings. Grates 56 × 48 cm and 56 × 18 cm (3,690 cm², 572 sq in); hopper 8 kg; 232 °C (450 °F) maximum.
