- The hopper is empty, or the pellets have bridged (formed a tunnel) over the auger: stir and refill.
- The auger is jammed, usually by wet or swollen pellets.
- The auger motor has failed (KIT0020).
- Over-tight motor screws can stop the motor.
The small fan on the back of the auger motor tells you which: watch it.
