Weak flame or not hot enough
Weak flame, or it will not get hot
Gas:
a low tank, a tripped US regulator (reset it), or the wrong regulator or tank for the oven (help centre).
Where it stands:
a cross-wind or an uneven surface (help centre).
Weather:
preheat 20 minutes, plus 10 to 15 in the cold; use propane, not butane (Essentials Guide; help centre).
