What the Koda 12 needs

Setting up needs no tools on a US oven (the hose comes fitted); a UK oven may need a spanner for the barb and a screwdriver for the hose clip. Everyday care needs soapy water, a stone brush, a cloth and gloves. No Ooni job opens the oven, so there is no screw or nut inside to undo. See fasteners.
