The knob has melted

The help centre (all Ooni gas ovens): the flame burned back (backlighting), from wind blowing into the mouth, lighting too fast, or a low tank. Ooni sends a free replacement knob: send the serial number from the rear leg and a photo. Turn the mouth away from the wind and light it slowly.
