Steps marked "the manual" are from Ooni's Koda 12 manuals: Europe and UK (October 2020, still titled "Ooni Koda"), North America (March 2023) and Australia and New Zealand (PA-A00008 V8). Ooni's Koda 12 Essentials Guide (2021) and Ooni's help centre (read 11 Oct 2026) are named where they add detail; a help-centre article written for the Koda 16 or for all gas ovens is marked as such. Owner and retailer reports are marked. Nothing here was checked on an oven.

The 3D model follows Ooni's dimensioned drawing (May 2020) and Ooni's photos for the outside. The inside is schematic: the burner, its shield, the piezo, the thermocouple, the valve and the gas pipe's route are drawn from one cutaway picture and one help-centre photo, and the leg folding from one manual drawing. Ooni shows no photo of the underside.

Not settled, and flagged where they appear: the clearances (this guide uses the largest); the hold after lighting (5 s, 10 s in Australia, none in the 2020 Europe manual); water on the stone (manuals allow washing and 60 °C drying; the help centre says never); the largest cylinder in the Europe manual; the barb's nut size, the hose clip drive and how the knob is fixed; the mouth height (81, 82 or 84 mm); whether an owner can tighten the flame safety bolt (no Koda 12 method).

Sizes are Ooni's: shell 592 mm deep (620 mm with the knob), 395 mm wide and 298 mm high; 9.25 kg; stone 337 × 337 × 10 mm. 4.0 kW; injector 0.75 mm (UK and most of Europe), 0.68 mm (Poland), 0.64 mm (Austria, Switzerland, Germany), 0.74 mm (US, Canada, Australia).
