There is no click or no spark

The help centre (all Ooni gas ovens): do a dry spark test with the gas disconnected. No spark usually means soot, flour or debris on the piezo tip at the right-hand end of the burner: blow it clean with compressed air, oven cold. To cook today, light it with a match.
