"Left" and "right" in this guide are as you face the mouth. The inside of the model (burner, shield, piezo, thermocouple and valve) is drawn from one cutaway picture and one help-centre photo, so it is schematic.

The back: knob, viewing hole and gas

There is no box underneath, unlike the Koda 16: the knob, the viewing hole and the gas terminal are all on the back. Ooni publishes no exploded parts diagram and sells no spares online for the Koda 12: spares are by request to Ooni support (see parts).
