A fixed propane tank: a qualified agency only

US and Canada only. The North America manual allows the oven to run from a fixed (house) propane tank with Ooni's DH22 hose and quick connectors, and says the kit "shall be installed by a qualified agency". Its drawings take the supplied hose off the gas terminal with a 19 mm spanner, the oven upside down with the stone out. This guide gives no owner method.

Not for UK or EU ovens. Natural gas is not possible on the Koda 12 at all (help centre).
