Check the hose and regulator

The manuals and the help centre ("Gas hose and regulator maintenance", all Ooni gas ovens).

1. Before each use, check the hose for cuts, wear, rubbing, cracks, bulges and sun-hardening (the manual).
2. Check the regulator for cracks, corrosion, a blocked vent or a poor fit. In Australia, also check its O-ring (AU manual).
3. Replace the hose by the date printed on it, or sooner if your country's rules say so. In Europe it must be no longer than 1.5 m (the manual).
4. Replace the regulator if the flame changes: low, pulsing, or making odd noises (help centre).
5. Clean both with a damp soapy cloth. Never soak the regulator, and never repair or modify either.
6. Leak test after any change.
