1. Let it go completely cold and dry.
2. Take the regulator off the cylinder. Keep the cylinder outdoors: never in a building or garage (the manual).
3. Keep the stone dry.
4. Outside, fit the Carry Cover for Ooni Koda 12: waterproof, with straps to carry it.
5. For long spells and harsh weather (strong wind, heavy rain, snow), fold the legs and bring the oven indoors, out of direct sun. Near the sea, store it indoors.
