The Ooni Koda 12: Ooni's 12-inch gas pizza oven, launched in February 2019 as the "Ooni Koda", renamed Koda 12 in 2020 and labelled "1st Generation" since 2025. No change to the oven itself was found in that time, so a 2019 oven is the one shown here. It runs on propane at 4.0 kW (13,300 BTU/h in the US), with one straight burner across the back and the gas knob on the back of the oven.

This is not the Koda 2 (2025): that is a different oven, with electronic ignition and its gas control on the side. This guide does not cover it.
