What is on the outside

"Left" and "right" in this guide are as you face the handle; the hinge is at the back.

What is inside

Everything inside lifts out without tools. From the bottom up: the protector stone, the one-piece firebox, the charcoal grate, the fire ring and the grid. The deflector stone on its wire lift goes on the fire ring for indirect cooking (the deflector).
