Chip-feeder flap

Free a sticking chip-feeder flap

The 2019 FAQ, which names the Junior (written before the Pro 2.0; the chip feeder is the same idea).

1. Pull the flap forward.
2. Undo the knob: there is a cross-head screw behind it.
3. Take off the oval plate.
4. Push the flap back out through the inside of the grill.
5. Tap its sides gently with a small hammer, on edge, to ease it.
6. Refit it in reverse order. A new flap unit is 201067-J.
