Shut it down

Shut it down after the cook

The manual's shut-down.

  1. Close the draft door completely.
  2. Close the slide on the cap completely. The embers die within a short time.
  3. Check the kill plug is in the Guru port (or the fan is switched off).
  4. Leave the unburnt charcoal in: it is reused next time.
  5. Never put the fire out with water.
