Clean the outside and look after the bamboo

Glaze, stainless and bamboo

  1. Wash the glaze with water and a mild cleaner only.
  2. Clean the cart the same way. No abrasive or corrosive cleaners or tools: the warranty excludes damage from them.
  3. Clean and dry the bamboo handle and tables after cooking.
  4. Treat the bamboo regularly with a care oil. Cracked lacquer lets water in (2019 FAQ).
  5. Wipe rust spots off the stainless parts quickly with a stainless cleaner. The 2019 FAQ: all fittings are stainless, and spots come from other rusting particles.
