Smoke leaks round the lid

• The gasket is worn, burnt or has come away. Re-glue a loose section or replace both strips with the felt kit KJ-GA23.
• The bands have loosened at the hinge, so the dome sits out of line: check the socket screws.

There is no latch on the Joe Jr. to tighten: the seal depends on the gasket, the bands and the dome's own weight.
