Rust on the bands, hinge, vent or stand

Kamado Joe Europe: on stainless it is usually quick rust that polishes off; under the black coat it often means the coat was applied too thin. Metal and cast-iron parts carry a 5-year warranty. The cast-iron top vent rusts if it is left wet.
