Fine cracks or chips in the glaze

• Fine spider-web cracks (crazing) are normal, says the manual. Kamado Joe Europe: "Almost every Kamado has it"; if no heat is lost, they may offer a goodwill item, not a replacement.
• Chips in the glaze: red touch-up paint 9910190002 (it fits the Joe Jr.), or a new part if severe. Chips count as wear and tear in the warranty.
