Charcoal falls through, or ash builds fast

Our reading; Kamado Joe gives no fault guide. The small cast-iron fire grate sits on a ledge in the firebox. If it has dropped off the ledge or cracked, charcoal falls through and ash piles up. Seat it level, or replace it: KJ-MFG13.
