Cart, casters and side shelves

The manual, with Kamado Joe's part numbers. Kamado Joe gives no caster care.

1. Lock the two front casters before you work on the grill.
2. Check the 4 cart screws are tight: the manual says check all nuts and screws before each use. (Drive: look first.)
3. Check each shelf sits fully down on its brackets.
4. Do not set hot items on the side shelves (2022 manual).
5. Replace a worn caster: locking KJ-CL23, non-locking 9004200109.
