Dome and top vent

Kamado Joe US stocks every Big Joe part as a "Big Joe" option; Stove Parts Unlimited is a second US source. No UK or EU shop was found selling Big Joe hinge, band, firebox, gasket or draft-door parts by number: owners go through a dealer.
