The firebox has gaps or a crack

• Gaps between walls: normal (Kamado Joe's FAQ).
• A wall or base broken through: replace only that piece, under the lifetime ceramic warranty. All 6 walls are the same part.
• The firebox wobbles: a washer or wood chip under the base (Kamado Joe Europe).
