Cart, casters and side shelves

Kamado Joe's manuals, with its part numbers. Kamado Joe gives no caster care.

  1. Lock the two front casters before you work on the grill.
  2. Check the cart's fixings are tight: Kamado Joe's manuals say check all nuts and screws before each use.
  3. Check each shelf sits fully down on its brackets.
  4. Do not set hot items on the side shelves (the Classic II's 2022 manual).
  5. Replace a worn caster: locking BJ-CL24, non-locking 9004200110.

The stand-alone version has no cart: it stands on 4 ceramic feet (KJ-CFR). See the stand-alone grill rocks.
