The Big Joe II (Kamado Joe now calls it Big Joe Grill Series II): a 24 inch (61 cm) ceramic charcoal grill. Model BJ24RHC comes on a steel cart with two slatted side shelves, as shown here; the stand-alone BJ24NRHC sits on 4 ceramic feet instead. The Series II parts are the Kontrol Tower top vent, the Air Lift hinge, the stainless latch, the wire-mesh gasket, the slide-out ash drawer and the AMP firebox: 6 walls on a base under a stainless ring.

Everything follows Kamado Joe's Big Joe II manual (May 2021, the only edition found) and Kamado Joe's own pages. Where the Big Joe manual is silent, the Classic II's manual is used and named. Its latch page and its SlōRoller warning were copied from the Classic III by mistake: this guide flags them and does not follow them. The hinge and the bands hold a strong spring: any job that loosens them needs the hinge disengagement kit and two people.
