A new stone: contact Gozney

Gozney does not supply this part or method; contact Gozney. The help centre: "the stone is securely fixed in place, to avoid accidental damage or it slipping out". No Roccbox stone is sold.

• Cracked on arrival: photos, then Gozney, before use.
• Within 2 years: claim at warranty@gozney.com (see warranty).
• After that: ask Gozney. One Australian owner was offered 35% off a new oven instead (owner report).
• Owner method, not covered here: some owners drill out the stone's fixings and fit a cut-down stone. It voids the warranty.
