Stone cracks
Cracks in the stone: normal or not
Hairline cracks are normal. The warranty excludes "hairline cracking of the stone that does not affect the oven's structural integrity". Gozney's Dome article says the same: expected from heating and cooling, with no effect on cooking.
Cracked on arrival: photograph it and contact Gozney before you use the oven (help centre).
A bigger crack: email warranty@gozney.com with your name, the serial number from the data plate underneath, photos and proof of purchase. The stone is covered for 2 years, even when the oven is registered for 5.
Not covered: cracks from thermal shock, water, or damp storage.
