Slow to heat up
It is slow to heat up
Normal:
20 to 30 minutes to 300 °C on gas (help centre).
The manual's causes:
an empty cylinder, cold weather, wind. Use another cylinder, check the regulator, and find a sheltered spot.
Owner reports:
some ovens had a burner that underperformed, and Gozney replaced it. Contact Gozney if nothing else helps.
