Outdoors only, everywhere Gozney sells it (help centre). Never in an enclosed area, tent, vehicle, caravan, boat, under a balcony or deck, or as a heater (the manual; 2016 book).
Carbon monoxide forms when the oven does not get enough air. Use it in a well-ventilated place and never cover the oven mouth. Signs listed in the manual: tight forehead, headache, weakness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting; at worst collapse and death.
Clearances:3 m (10 ft) from structures and other cylinders (the current English manuals say 1.5 m; the 2016 book and the current German and French text say 3 m; this guide uses the safer figure); 45 cm (18 in) from combustible material round the burner and mouth; 7.5 m (25 ft) from flammable liquids.
Gas: leak test with soapy water at the three joints on first use, after every cylinder change and after undoing any fitting; never a flame. Replace the hose every 5 years, or sooner if your country says so.
Flame out: If the flame goes out, gas may still be flowing: turn the control dial off and close the cylinder valve at once, then wait 5 minutes before you relight (the manual).
