Replace the burner, hose and regulator

Fit a new gas burner

Gozney sells the gas burner as one spare, complete with its hose and regulator, coded by country and gas pressure.

1. Close the cylinder valve, let the burner cool, and take the regulator off the cylinder.
2. Twist the old burner off the oven.
3. Order the burner for your country (see the list): it comes with hose and regulator fitted.
4. Push the new burner up into the bayonet fitting and twist it anticlockwise.
5. Fit the regulator to the cylinder, as in connect the gas.
6. Leak test all three joints before you light it.
