The manual: close the cylinder valve, turn the dial off, put out any flame and move away. If the smell continues, call your gas supplier or the fire service. When it is safe, find the leak with soapy water, never a flame. A leak that comes back at the Roccbox connection after re-tightening means do not use the oven.
